The beginning of the year became a symbol of change for our company — a time for new resolutions and conscious choices that truly impact our health, daily habits, and the natural environment. That’s why on February 1st, 2026, we launched the initiative “New Year – Plastic Out”, aimed at reducing the use of single‑use plastic bottles in our office and production spaces.
As part of the initiative, every employee received a company-branded reusable bottle — a simple yet meaningful gesture that became a symbol of personal well‑being and an environmentally responsible approach to everyday life. Introducing reusable bottles encouraged regular hydration, the development of healthy habits, and greater awareness of how our daily decisions influence the world around us.
The campaign also had an educational dimension. We encouraged employees to reflect on their own habits and the impact of so‑called “small changes” on the environment — while reducing plastic for a single day may seem minor, at the scale of the entire company it translates into tangible resource savings and a significant reduction in waste. In shared spaces, we also introduced communication materials reminding employees to stay properly hydrated and offering tips on drinking water throughout the day, naturally connecting health and ecology into one coherent narrative.
“New Year – Plastic Out” was also an opportunity to strengthen our organizational culture based on responsibility, awareness, and cooperation. It helped employees feel that every individual action — even the smallest ones — contributes to a larger, collective change. The initiative also demonstrated that eco‑friendly actions can be simple, practical, and enjoyable, and that their implementation does not require a revolution, but rather consistent daily steps.
Our company will continue to pursue activities that support sustainable development, caring for both the well‑being of our team and the environment we all share. The reusable bottles are only the first step — but a meaningful one — toward a more conscious and responsible future.
